Belief Systems are difficult to change but it is possible to change them.
1) First you need to set a target and make a decision
2) Then you must identify past successes that support the new belief - If you can do one thing you can do other things with the same type of focus.
3) Finally to reinstall a belief system you want to surround yourself with the types of information from:

g) Visualization / Affirmations
These are the types of things that influence your mind and determine your focus and thus your reality. Immersion and constant repetition of affirmation is necessary to change a strong belief.
Now changing your beliefs is one thing, changing others beliefs are something else.
1) You can change a belief system of others by speaking from a Position of Authority
People believe base on positions, credentials, Authority and questions that lead in a direction
*People then adopt that belief and thus the behavior
2) Demonize excuses. Deify the supporting reason.
What are the reasons people give for not being able to do something?
a) Experience
b) Time
c) Connections
d) Economy
