Some say that 2008 has not been all that great and yet, I would submit to you that much of this negativity has been sponsored by the mass media hysteria due to the fact that we're in an election year and one political party wishes to convince people that things are terrible so that you will vote for them.
The reality as things are not so bad and it will be nice when the 2008 Presidential Election is over. There are many people who would just like 2008 to end, so they can begin again. They say 2009 bring it on. Yes, that sounds like a nice slogon and perhaps we should be looking forward to 2009 as a year of growth and a better year for our economy in country.
Now then, if we're asking to leap forward into 2009, why not start now?
Yes, I know you have not yet mastered time, space and dimension, but you are working on it, right? The fact is that you may not be able to move the entire game forward, but you can advance your personal life and thrust your energies into the future, getting a head start on the new year. How so you ask?
Well, why not take this opportunity right now to simulate 2009 and start setting goals for the New Year? Make a timeline from January 1, 2009 of all the things you wish to accomplish. Once you have completed that, merely change the date of January 1, 2009 with today's date and start right now? You see how easy it is?
